Yes. There is no minimum order quantity (MOQ). You can enquire about a single part, a prototype or a batch. We will review your design and the suitable process before confirming feasibility and pricing.
Can you help if I don't have a CAD file?
Yes—start with a sketch, photos, dimensions or an existing part. We can discuss mechanical design support and, where suitable, reverse engineering or 3D scanning.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Share the part's purpose, quantity, key dimensions, material preference and required date, along with any drawings, CAD files or reference photos. It is fine to leave uncertain details for discussion.
What materials can you process?
We work with materials requested by our customers, subject to suitability for the selected process and availability in the Malaysian market. Special materials can also be sourced, subject to availability and the quantity required. Tell us your preferred material or grade so we can check and confirm the options.
How is the turnaround time determined?
Please tell us your required deadline when enquiring. We will review the project requirements, material availability and quantity, then advise the achievable lead time and confirm whether we can meet your deadline.
